Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in the UK, usually within 2 to 4 days of dispatch.

Delivery

• Standard delivery covers the whole UK, including the Highlands and Northern Ireland. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We send orders by Royal Mail within 2 working days of your order.
• We don't currently deliver outside the UK.

Delays

If your order is going to be late, we'll let you know. If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full.

Things we don't post

• Extras and provisions for your stay are arranged at the cottage, so there's no delivery charge.
• Anything from The Shed Shop is yours to take with you while you're staying.
• Gift vouchers are sent by email.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, please tell us through our contact form or at info@spinksnest.com. We'll track it down, replace it or refund you. Our refund policy has more on damaged and faulty items.
